Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
290 grams flour
12 grams baking soda
A pinch of salt
225 grams butter, at room temperature
325 grams sugar
A little vanilla
2 eggs
170 grams chocolate chips
120 grams chopped nuts (optional)
Preparations:
1) Heat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2) Mix the first three ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) in a bowl. Set aside.
3) Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until creamy, then add eggs one at a time.
4) Beat in flour, then chocolate chips and nuts (if desired).
5) Scoop a ball of dough with a spoon and place on cookie sheet, 3-4 centimeters apart.
6) Bake 9-11 minutes
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all cookies are baked.
Makes about 60 cookies
